To recognise the impact of Emotional intelligence, develop and maintain a balanced emotional life for  a mutual beneficial work environment.

 WHAT IS EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE?

Emotional intelligence involves a combination of competencies which allow a person to be aware of, to understand, and to be in control of their own emotions, to recognise and understand the emotions of others and to use this knowledge to foster their success and the success of others.

Let’s take a trip to Iya Basira’s Bukka where Temidayo and Mercy both work as waitresses.

The difference between Temi and Mercy is the use of Emotional intelligence. Let us call it EQ for short.
